At Pathfinder Prints, we take pride in the quality of every product we create. Because all of our products are made to order, please read our policy carefully before purchasing.

Made-to-Order Items 

Since each product is printed specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse (e.g., wrong size ordered, change of mind). We encourage you to review our size guides carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

 If your order arrives damaged, has a print defect, or is incorrect, we will make it right. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue

We will offer a free reprint or a full refund at our discretion.

Refund Processing 

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
